A new low...

I think I have hit a new low. Earlier today I was having some issues with blogger/Google. For whatever reason it kept blocking me from looking at any one's blog. I could log into my blog account and I could read others post, but I could not actually look at any one's blog or leave comments. I did all the things the help page said to and nothing was working. Well, this just really pissed me off.

David came home and by then it had not been working for majority of the day. He quickly noticed something was wrong. I then went into a tizzy about how blog wasn't working and I did everything and blah, blah, blah. Even though I'm sure he thought I was crazy, he looked at it and tried to figure out what was wrong. Unfortunately, nothing we both did could fix the problem. We went to dinner and thank the lord, when we got back it was working again.

The point being that I have now hit a new low. I was seriously mad because I couldn't blog or stalk all day. I guess now that I'm at home all day, this is my window to the rest of the world. I now understand why there are so many SAHM that blog. Yes, I talk about a lot of you on a daily basis to David like I see you all the time or know you in the real world. I really hope the next few weeks before Olivia arrives fly by, because evidently I need to put my focus on something else.

Moving on...I wanted to post a little more about the new camera. We have been looking at these cameras for over a year now and I had done my research on what would be the best and talked to several people we are close to on what to purchase. I was given a few names of places to order the camera from, but we decided to go through Amazon.com. Over the years, I have bought a lot from amazon and have always had good success. We bought it from a company called Cameta Camera based out of New York, but we ordered it through Amazon.com. That way we had a better chance of getting our money back if something was not legit (unlike sites like ebay). The company had a 97% customer rating and had over 8500 reviews. The few bad reviews seemed to be from people that are never happy and in my opinion their complaints didn't seem that serious.

The thing that attracted us to this company is that they offered package deals. The camera came with a bag, an extra battery, a memory card, and several other goodies. I believe it was a nine piece package all together. Everything we received was brand new and all the packaging was in good shape, so its not like we got bottom of the barrel. Also, I ordered it on Friday morning with standard shipping and it was delivered on Wednesday afternoon. At the time we ordered our camera, they were having a $50 instant rebate if ordered by August 1, so now the camera is a little more. But after looking at prices for awhile, they seem to have the best price. Also, they offered packages for several of the Nikon and also Canon. So if your in the market for one, I would give them a look. But don't hold me responsible, this is just my honest review of our experience with the company.

And because you know know I've been walking around taking pictures of everything...

Don't feel bad. There was a period of 3 days when blogger wouldn't open at work and I thought my work blocked the site. I was so sad that I couldn't drink my coffee in the morning and read blogs! It is just nice to connect with people and I will pout if it ever happens again!

By the way, you are too funny for being back to this layout!

David was at Andrew's Waffle House that day and the first thing he said to me was, "can you get on your blog?"

He was very concerned for you!

What a great husband!

And I hope Olivia isn't as big as Buddy (or Biscuit!) when she arrives!
